Body Retreat was an amazing experience and I am so glad I invested in the experience.

The trainers (Hayley and April) were very experienced and tailored the sessions to people’s abilities while still pushing us to achieve more than we thought possible. I went from barely being able to run 3km at the start of the retreat to being able to run 7km by the end of the week.

Kelley’s nutrition knowledge is extensive and she showed us a huge range of achievable ways to have meals within our calorie limits.

The fellow participants on the Retreat were very welcoming and supportive.

My results surpassed my expectations and I am determined to continue my journey at home.

It is a great way to reset and get fit and lose some weight along they way..highly recommend you give it a go regardless of your fitness..
I would like to thank Hayley, April and Kelly for the week.. I went into this not knowing what we could achieve.. I was thinking it would be a great way to get fitter learn how to eat better and to have a great time meeting new people and pushing myself to achieve some weight loss..
For myself from the 7 days I lost 4.7kg.. 4.4kg in fat.
39cm over all. Have come home, i now fit better into my clothes and kicked a few goals along the way..I know that I can run 5km and thanks to Hayley have improved my running..
So glad that I went to this… I also have meet some lovely like minded ladies as well.. it’s amazing what you can achieve when you put your mind to it..
Look forward to going to another Body Retreats in the next as future.. 🏆🏃‍♀️👏

What a fantastic week I had at Body Retreats. The location was beautiful, being on the farm. There was so many different locations to train,all with amazing views. The facilities were amazing with a great central hub for meals and evening chats.
Kelly knowledge and skills with food and diet is second to none. She is such a warm caring person that you feel at ease to talk to her about all your diet /food questions. The food was sublime, never did i feel hungry or unable to train.
The training with Haley and April was , awesome, challenging, but most of all fun. The girls Hayley and April, give you a variety of different classes and styles, always adjusting the class to individual needs.Giving you the right balance to push yourself getting the most out of yourself is very satisfying.
Do yourself a favour and just do it.
