We Travel

Take some time out to reset and focus on you, at the next Body Retreat – Wybalena Organic Farm. Your next healthy holiday is located on a 170 acre property located in the Byron Bay Shire. We Train

Hayley and April Bateup are your trainers and will give you a variety of sessions that suit all women, no matter your fitness level, age, shape and size! Sessions are always in a supportive and encouraging environment. They range from boxing, kettle bells, weights, sand sessions, optional swim sessions, bush walking/running, body weight, ab sets. Workouts are interesting, toning and fat burning that are proven to get great results.

We Refuel

Kelley Bright is not just your nutritionist, she prepares your meals for maximum results. The meals are plentiful with flavour and will leave you feeling full!  If you have any specific dietary requirements Kel can always cater to you.  You will also have access to her 24/7 to answer any nutritional questions and educate you on healthy eating, plus she will give you meal ideas! You will also have educational nutrition nights. Check out our gallery for meals.

We Relax

After a day of training, what a better ways to relax, than with YOGA, MASSAGE or a STRETCH session!  

All daily YOGA sessions are included in your package and will include mediation to relax also.  You can pre-order your MASSAGES when you join and massages are at a great rate, so you have more during your stay. STRETCH sessions are by Hayley and April Bateup will help aid in your muscles recovery.

We Sleep

After dinner, some nights we have optional nutrition and fitness educational nights. Then everyone will find out the next day’s start activity at Body Retreat with some special outings and activities planned for the Retreat. Body Retreaters then spend the night as you wish before bed.  We find that people love to catch up on their day with others, some watch television, or use our washing facilites and others prefer to retire to bed early.

We Repeat

We wake up and start the day with exercise, followed by a delicious breakfast! At the end of the Retreat we leave feeling refreshed, healthy and inspired. After you leave Body Retreats you have the support through an online community and stay connected with your fellow Body Retreaters as well as your professionals Hayley, April and Kelley where you can ask questions, share and celebrate your health journey with your Retreat family.
