Interested in experiencing Body Blitz Retreats but can’t take a whole week off? Join us for a day pass during our retreat week! You’ll enjoy a full schedule of activities and meals, providing you with a Body RESET that you can maintain at home.
Feel free to join us for the first session, or start your day with breakfast, depending on your schedule! Here’s a glimpse of what your day might look like*:
– **6:00 AM (NSW time)**: Early morning run or walk
– **7:15 AM**: Breakfast
– **9:00 AM**: Tabata workout
– **10:00 AM**: Snack
– **11:00 AM**: Circuit training
– **12:30 PM**: Lunch
– **3:00 PM**: Snack, with group 1 doing weights and group 2 resting
– **4:00 PM**: Snack, with group 2 doing weights and group 1 resting
– **5:00 PM**: Evening walk
– **6:30 PM**: Dinner
– **7:00 PM**: Day concludes
