– Immerse yourself in 4 days of fitness training led by Hayley, a 3-time Coolangatta Gold Winner, and her team, which includes April Bateup. With their expertise, you’ll experience over 15 sessions that are specifically designed to target weight loss, muscle toning, and overall fitness. – 4 days of nutritious and specially designed meals for women’s weight loss. All meals and snacks are prepared by our in-house team of experts, including a Nutritionist, Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, Sports Dietitian, and Naturopath Kelley Bright.

– Yoga and relaxation sessions, Magnesium pool, ice-baths, infrared saunas as well as massages.*
